Consolidating Chinese suppliers with door-to-door delivery to the distribution centre
A retailer with several suppliers in China and volumes that never filled a container. We consolidated the pickups into a single shipment, handled clearance and delivered to the client warehouse.

The context
A Brazilian retailer was buying from different suppliers in Guangdong and Zhejiang. Each supplier shipped separately, which multiplied origin costs, documents and clearances, and made it hard to know when each order would arrive.
What we did
- Pickup at the suppliers and consolidation at a partner warehouse in Shenzhen, with piece count and labelling by order.
- A single consolidated ocean shipment with one bill of lading and one import declaration.
- Tariff classification reviewed product by product, and specific requirements checked (certifications and licences) before shipping.
- Clearance in Santos and delivery to the client distribution centre with a booked time slot.
Outcome
The client now receives one consolidated shipment per buying cycle, with a single point of contact and visibility over every order. Fewer documents, fewer clearance processes and a scheduled delivery at the warehouse.
About this case: for confidentiality reasons we do not disclose the client name or the figures of the operation. What is described here is the real scope of the work and the way it was carried out.
