The context
A Brazilian company depended on a single supplier for an industrial input and needed a second source, with equivalent quality and competitive commercial terms.
What we did
- Suppliers mapped in three countries, with registration, production capacity and export record verified.
- Samples requested and followed through, with support on the technical analysis alongside the client.
- Price, payment terms and Incoterm negotiated, and the supply contract reviewed.
- The first import structured end to end, from loading in the country of origin to clearance and delivery at the factory.
Outcome
The client now has a qualified alternative supplier and an import flow that has already been tested, which reduces the dependence on a single origin. The work continues as ongoing follow-up of the shipments.
